  • All of the responses to your survey apply to John Fitzgerald at Falcone Automotive in Indianapolis, IN. John Fitzgerald's service and the process I had to go through with him could not have been better or easier. However, the vehicle was delivered to a Dealership here in Colorado. A 'Courtesy Delivery' I believe you call it. The gas tank was empty (I mean empty!), they obviously put it through an automatic car wash that left many little scratches on the obsidian black paint, they offered absolutely no advice or new-owner information when I picked up the vehicle (The window sticker was in the glove box -- I found it 3 days later.), and now nobody seems to be able to find the MSO (I need that for new vehicle registration in my County), which Mr. Fitzgerald had to send them so they could release the vehicle to me. Not a good experience in the least. Clearly, nobody cared to represent Subaru to me at this Dealership. "You bought it somewhere else. Go to hell for all we care" was the attitude. C'mon now. Isn't this just another indication of why people are fed up with purchasing their new vehicles from car dealers? Why more and more people want to cut dealers out of 'the car buying process' altogether? Hey, I love my new Subaru despite these bozos. And John Fitzgerald will probably get my wife's for new Subaru for her when the time comes.
