My name is Bob Falcone and I would like to welcome you to Falcone Automotive. My dream since graduating from Carmel High School was always to own my very own dealership. Starting my career not as a salesman but instead in service (something I've always had a passion for), I learned what it takes to run a successful auto group. My love for foreign auto brands has always been my passion and I became one of the nation's leading Volkswagen, Alfa Romeo, and Mazda Master Technicians.

When I was 32 I purchased my first dealership, a struggling Saab dealership. Through hard work and great customer service we became one of the top ten Saab dealerships for performance in the country. Focusing on outstanding customer service and satisfaction I work every day in all the departments of my dealerships to help customers wherever they need help.

Today we offer Volkswagen, Saab, and Subaru to our customers in Indianapolis. We always put the customer first and will do everything we can to make sure your visit is a memorable one! My husband and I have made two purchases at Falcone now. On the first purchase, we had seen a Mini Cooper listed on their website and went in to test drive it and potentially buy it (which we ended up getting). We were told had a couple from Chicago driving down to see it that day, and although they had been encouraged to put a small refundable down payment to hold it, the couple did not. Sorry for them, but good for us. The process was very smooth and pressure-free. Bert went out of his way to create minimal stress for us, and the owner was there working, himself, on a Saturday morning. I was impressed at the staff's professionalism and hospitality! Then we needed to trade the Mini in for a 4-door a few months back, so we went back to see Bert, because he was just so nice and down to earth compared to other car salesmen we had experienced in the past (at other dealers). He wasn't in the office at the very moment so we worked with Dan (I THINK that's his name) and he was good too, but we were honestly looking forward to helping Bert get the "credit", but it wasn't like that -- Bert ended up jumping in and out of the transaction whenever he could to help get us out of the door happy! What I really love about this dealership is that it doesn't feel like a dog-eat-dog environment. At Falcone, it's more like they are a family and realize that if they all give 100%, they'll all succeed in the end. When we finally were about to drive the VW off the lot, Bert (although he wasn't the one who "sold" us the car) took the time to go over some neat features and offer some personal insight about the car's components. This was on a Saturday and then on Monday, Bert realized we still needed to sign a couple documents and personally came to me and my husband's workplaces due to our special circumstances and availability. Overall, great experience now twice and highly recommended for a no-nonsense, straight-forward, pressure-free purchase! And if you've seen Falcone's commercials, "no dealer fee --EVER"'s true!

  • I had to bring my 2012 Beetle in for a recall repair. Work was completed as scheduled. Loaner car ready. The service department people are so helpful, clearly explaining what service was needed, and going out of their way to accommodate my tight timelines. I can't say enough good things about this team - I recommend VW and this dealership to anyone who is looking for a car!

  • Falcone repairmen received a part for the exhaust system on my car and replaced it. Unfortunately additional adjustments were needed because the part did not eliminate the exhaust fumes I was being exposed to while driving. My service man, Steve Halloran, personally picked me up instead of the normal shuttle driver. During our drive back to the dealership, he explained the repair status to me and that the car we were driving in was being loaned to me for my trip back home due to the new repair modifications required to fix the exhaust leak. Before we returned to the dealership, we discussed the loaner car and any concerns I had regarding utilizing it. Bottom line: I was treated with mutual respect by all parties involved with the repair of my car and left the dealership feeling like a member of the Falcone family!
